At AllCraft Construction Solutions, we built our path in the construction industry by focusing on reliability, honesty, and true hands-on involvement. With over 60 years of experience, we have shaped our work around real job-site dedication, being present every day, and ensuring that clients feel confident throughout their project.

Serving Atlanta, GA, and surrounding areas, we have created a process that puts clients first from the earliest planning conversations to the final walkthrough.

Co-founded by Dan Sprenkle and George Thompson, our journey began with a simple commitment to provide consistent, trustworthy workmanship supported by strong communication. We understand that construction projects can feel overwhelming, which is why we remain actively involved at every stage.

Whether we are designing an ADU, remodeling a kitchen or bathroom, or building from the ground up, our goal is to deliver results that reflect our integrity and the standards we bring to every job.

Meet the Team

Daniel Sprenkle

I started in the construction industry in high school, going through tech school, then through a 4-year apprenticeship as a commercial carpenter with the carpenter union in PA. I earned an associate’s degree from Allegheny County Community College.

I am a carpenter by trade. I started in the ditches as a carpenter laborer and worked my way up through the ranks, learning every aspect of the construction process.

I began managing small projects as a third-year apprentice. I went on to become a carpenter foreman, project manager, and then superintendent.

I managed the building of schools, libraries, hospitals, fire departments, and many more projects. I then moved to Georgia in 2020 and became a project manager, then General manager for a high-end residential remodeling company, and now am a small Business owner. I have over 22 years of field experience.

I am a family man and very strong in my faith. God has blessed me with an amazing wife and two beautiful daughters. My hobbies are archery, hunting, and coaching my daughter’s club volleyball team.

George Thompson

A Georgia native, I was born & raised in the Atlanta area and now live in the N. Forsyth/Dawson Forest area. Married w/4 grown children, 8 grandchildren and a pack of rescue dogs.

I am a state licensed residential and commercial contractor that has worked continuously in the construction industry since 1985. I literally started by digging ditches and worked my way up and out with stops along the way as an apprentice, carpenter, journeyman, crew foreman, superintendent and project manager. I still find myself in the trenches on a regular basis. Over these years I have acquired a broad base of skills, knowledge and experience.

From concepts to completion I have had the good fortune of working with a large variety of skilled tradesmen & women and have learned a great deal from them along the way. I have enjoyed many successful collaborations with owners, designers, architects, engineers, building officials and made significant contributions to a diverse group of residential and commercial projects to include but certainly not limited to ground up custom homes, luxury lake and mountain homes, major renovations, schools, churches, restaurants, design/build projects, as well as additions and structural repairs.

I pride my ability to be a good steward of my clients property & financial investment and to manage a project with a hands on, boots on the ground approach that recognizes that every individual contributes and is part of our team.

I truly love what I do and enjoy all manner of construction as there are challenges and rewards in each of them. For most of these years I worked for others but at the end of the day, we all work for the customer. We hope you give us the opportunity to work with you on your project
